As little or as often as you require. Many of our clients book regular visits to ensure the healthy upkeep of their home. However, we never say no to one off jobs as business is business and we embrace all our jobs, wholeheartedly no matter what their size.
Don’t worry if you’re an early riser or a busy bee; we always clean around your schedule. We are fully-flexible in terms of times & days.
Absolutely not. To ensure our eco-friendly ethos is met; we will come prepared with our own certified products & utensils meaning no mess or fuss for you. All you have to do is open the door and tell us where you want us & we will do the rest!
We are a pet friendly company with pet friendly products! We will ask for some information about them when we schedule in your visit and any instructions about how best to work around them when we’re in their space.
No. We’re keen to come in and get started, no matter how we find your space. However, to get the most out of our services we recommend lightly tidying up surfaces & flooring, washing up and putting away any large pots. We know this isn’t always possible so please do not worry.
If you need to amend your booking, please let us know at the earlies opportunity. We require 48 hours notice whether you have a domestic or commercial clean scheduled. The earlier we know; the sooner we can help you.
Ideally, fragile items should be put away when a clean is carried out to avoid breakage.

Yes. We like company and are more than happy to work around you. We just ask that for deep cleans/speciality jobs where possible, you vacate the rooms so we can work efficiently.
Yes. If it’s easier for you, we are happy to let ourselves in and out of the property. Just arrange prior to your visit whether you would like us to pick up a spare, or alternatively make us aware of your key safe code and its location. Keys are kept securely locked away and never left in staff cars when we’re out and about.
If you do not wish to provide a key, you, or someone else will need to be present on the day of the clean to allow access to the property and to also lock up at the end.
Unlike generic cleaning companies we use only certified, natural products and economical equipment to ensure our practices are safe for not only your home but the environment too.
