The People Behind Harmony & Hygiene

Harmony & Hygiene was founded and is run by us.....Sam and Nattie.

What began as a small local cleaning service gradually evolved into something much more intentional. As we spent more time working inside homes and businesses, we realised how often cleaning had become rushed, chemical-heavy, and focused on surface results rather than long-term care.

We believed it could be done differently.

Instead of chasing volume or speed, we began building Harmony & Hygiene around systems, method, and a deeper understanding of how materials, spaces, and cleaning chemistry interact. Over time, this approach shaped the way we work today, calm, structured, and outcomes-led.

Because we remain hands on in the business, every system we develop and every service we offer has been refined through real work in real homes and workplaces. Nothing is theoretical; everything has been tested, adjusted, and improved through experience.

Living and working on the Norfolk–Suffolk border, we care deeply about the local communities we serve. Many of our clients come to us through recommendation, and long-term relationships have become one of the most rewarding parts of what we do.

Harmony & Hygiene is still growing, but the philosophy behind it remains the same:

At Harmony & Hygiene, we believe cleaning should do more than make spaces look presentable.... it should restore balance.

We are an eco-luxury cleaning company built around systems, science, and intention. Every service we offer is designed to work in harmony with the space it’s applied to. Combining controlled professional techniques, eco-performance chemistry, and a considered, outcomes-led approach that avoids harsh residues, rushed processes, and surface-level fixes.

Our work spans specialist carpet cleaning, End of Tenancy and pre-sale preparation, House Blitz deep cleans, and commercial environments. Across all of it, the principle remains the same: clean properly, calmly, and with purpose.

We don’t chase speed or shortcuts.
We prioritise method, material compatibility, dwell time, and finish, because lasting results come from systems, not pressure.

Alongside our services, we design and develop our own eco-conscious cleaning and fragrance solutions, allowing us to control performance, safety, and experience at every stage. This gives us a level of consistency and care that standard cleaning models simply don’t offer.
