Speciality Cleaning is designed for cleaning problems that sit outside normal routine or deep cleaning. We assess the contamination, materials and condition first, then build the process around the problem using professional steam cleaning, specialist chemistry, agitation, extraction and detailed treatment where appropriate.
What can professional steam cleaning actually remove?
High-temperature steam can be extremely effective against ingrained grime, grease, residue and contamination trapped within joints, edges, textured surfaces and other difficult areas. Its effectiveness depends on the surface and what we are trying to remove, which is why every job is assessed before treatment.
What surfaces can you steam clean?
We can use professional steam cleaning across many suitable hard surfaces, including tiles, grout, sealed floors, sanitaryware, kitchen surfaces and detailed fixtures. Not every material should be exposed to high temperature or moisture, so suitability is always assessed first.
Can you help with a cleaning problem that isn't listed on this page?

Do you offer cleaning after DIY, decorating or renovation work?
Yes. Our Final 5% service is designed for the stubborn cleaning left behind once the main work is finished — fine dust, residue, marks, detailed edges and the little things standing between a completed project and a properly finished space.
Can Speciality Cleaning include carpet cleaning?
Yes. Where a problem extends onto carpets or suitable upholstery, we can combine Speciality Cleaning with our professional carpet cleaning process. This can be particularly useful for homes with pets, spills or contamination affecting several different surfaces.
